Hi. I’m Tracey.

Doer. Enneagram 7. Gemini Sun. Cancer Moon. Mountain biker. Secret homebody. Laughter. Sunsets. Swimming in phosphorescence. Hygge. Boy mom. Clary sage. Salty hair.

Adventurer

I’m a Gemini Sun, Enneagram 7, and I love chasing experiences. From mountain biking in the Cascades to plunging into the frigid Salish Sea, I live for laughter, adventure, and connection. I’ve bike toured in 15 countries, including month-long excursions through India, Italy, and New Zealand. Fun fact: I rode over 400km through New Zealand while pregnant with my first son.

Nurturer

Motherhood is one of my favorite adventures—I have two boys now in middle school. I also deeply value friendships and community: weekly one-on-one catch-ups with friends, hosting local events, and carving out mountain bike and backcountry ski trips to nurture my relationship with nature (and laugh until I cry).

Doer

I’ve always woven my work into my life. Fresh out of college, I counseled immigrant families in Spanish. Then I became a full-time bike guide, founded a nature preschool, ran women’s yoga + cycling retreats, and even started a decluttering business while transitioning out of my marriage. I like to call myself a “seasonal worker in my own life”—always moving, creating, and reinventing.

Builder

For the past 5 years, I’ve been gutting and remodeling every inch of my 100-year-old North Seattle home. I’ve rolled up my sleeves (with help along the way) to create a peaceful, beautiful space. I also own and manage two rentals (with a third cottage I’ve built from the ground up almost complete!), totaling over $1.7M in real estate. I invested in my first home as a single 26-year-old and firmly believe in working smart, saving, and making choices that secure your future.

Both/And

I live in Seattle with my two sons—but thought I was carrying girls in each pregnancy. I love laughter, but I’m not afraid to cry. I’m an extrovert who also treasures quiet home time. I’m a dog person (RIP Howard) and a cat mom to Ninja, who knows more neighbors than I do. I hate the cold, yet regularly swim in the Puget Sound. When I update my wardrobe, I fantasize about all the Vuori joggers I’ll own.

I love all the both/and’s that live within us and look forward to getting to know you and yours. Let’s laugh. Let’s cry a little. Let’s keep it light, and also go deep. Let’s focus on your dreams, but hold the outcomes loosely.
